Building self esteem self worth and self confidence is really an "individual" thing.
What works for one person might not work for another. It is the variety of methods used that each person uses that when added together could work for you.
My favorite is affirmations that I use on a daily basis. I choose my title such as, I can do it, and repeat it to myself until I know I CAN DO IT. Works everytime and then I choose my next affirmation.
What techniques do you find that work. It would be nice to share.
